Anyone can learn Modern Jive. It's great fun, easy to learn, exhilarating, addictive and you don't need to bring a partner. It can be danced to any modern music and is a great way to get fit!
As a partner dance, it draws on many other forms such as the traditional ballroom steps, post-war jive, modern Argentine tango and salsa. The big difference is that there is less foot-work to worry about and the learning time is much, much quicker.
We will have you dancing on your first evening!
No you don't! However, it is always fun to learn to dance with someone you can practice with or with friends.
£8 drop-in, or £35 for a 5-week pass.

Please join us for our next Tea Dance, which is on Sunday 11th December at Botolph Claydon Village Hall from 5pm until 9pm.
We have a great dance floor, licensed bar from 7pm, free tea/coffee and plenty of awesome homemade cakes! Normal entry price £10pp (£5 concs). No need to book.
Before our next tea dance, we will have a More Advanced Modern Jive moves mini Workshop.
Entry price for the mini-workshop is only £15 (£14 if you book online), which includes entry to the Tea Dance. Workshop only is £5. Contact us to reserve your place or book online.
